Pressure Sensing of Symmetric Defect Photonic Crystals Composed of Superconductor and Semiconductor in Low-Temperature Environment

چکیده

We theoretically investigate the defect mode transmittance of light waves in superconductor–semiconductor photonic crystals and its pressure-sensing dependence. The crystal is composed alternating superconducting semiconducting slabs a locates at center this structure. Two trapezoid waveguides are fixed both sides crystal, which induces hydrostatic pressure applied beams transmitted simultaneously. resonant wavelength variation directly proportional to on system near-IR region, can be utilized for linear sensors cryogenic environment. Pressure sensitivity reaches high value 2.6 nm/GPa, higher than that study based reflection spectra. coefficient may modulated by environment temperature as well. This has potential regarding pressure-light-wave sensors.
